Brenda graduated with a Bachelor's degree in History from the State University of Ponta Grossa (2020) and has since been developing  research in the area of Environmental Oral History with a focus on erva-mate. She is a master's student in History at the State University of Ponta Grossa, focusing on topics such as memory, narrative, rural extension, agroecology and traditional erva-mate production systems.
